Lithium iron phosphate batteries undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet safety standards and perform under varying conditions - Cathode is manufactured using chemically stable materials
LONG CYCLELIFE
The positive electrode in a LiFePO4 battery provides unique characteristic include long cycle life 4000 charge/discharge cycles or more, design life and use up to 10 years or more depending on working conditions
FAST CHARGE
It can be charged and discharged quickly with high current 2C. Under the special charger, the battery can be fully charged within 1.5 minutes of 1.5C charging, and the starting current can reach 2C
HIGH TEMP
RESISTANCE
The peak temperature of lithium iron phosphate can reach
350 ° C~500 ° C and lithium manganese and lithium cobalt oxide can be around 200 ° C
HIGH CAPACITY
LiFePO4 Batteries can discharge 80%~100% of the rated capacity and provide more usable energy comparing SLA batteries. LiFePO4 batteries can be charged faster and more efficiently, also provide better performance under high discharge conditions
NO MEMORY EFFECT
The lack of “Memory Effect” in lithium iron phosphate batteries is a significant advantage that allows flexible charging
- Charged any time, regardless of their current charge levels and will not affect battery’s performance or lifespan
LIGHT WEIGHT
The volume in a lithium iron phosphate battery of the same specification capacity is 2/3 of the volume of a lead acid battery, and the weight is 1/3 of the lead-acid battery
